• What materials are your napkins made of?
  We offer two types of napkins, 3-ply and airlaid. 3-ply napkins are composed of three layers of tissue which are layered on top of one another to create the 3-ply structure Airlaid napkins made of a single, but thicker, layer of tissue which is softer than 3-ply which makes them feel more like traditional linen napkins than paper. • Do you offer full-colour printing or only single colour?
  We offer pantone colour printing and full colour printing. Pantone colours allow you to choose up to three specific colours and full colour printing uses the CMYK process to produce an unlimited number of colours.
• What is the minimum order quantity for custom napkins?
  The minimum order quantity for napkins is 250.
• Can I choose a specific napkin colour or are there standard options?
  We offer several different tissue colours, but availability depends on the quantity of napkins required.
• Do you offer a design service?
  No, we do not offer a design service so you will need to supply your own design, however we can assist with layout and placement of logos and images you supply.
• Do you provide a proof before final printing?
  Yes, we always provide PDF proofs which require your approval prior to the job going into production.
